I have the perfect loan program for you called "No Ratio" and the reason why it's a great program is because it's similar to DSCR in regard to no tax returns, no paystubs, and no income docs, however it differs because there is no DSCR. Airbnb's and STR's are perfect for this program because it doesn't matter how long the rental income has been received, or how much the rental income is. 30 year fixed term too!
