I just moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast area and I'm looking to start fresh on a new real estate campaign in the next month or two. My primary focus is on subject-to and seller financing (owner carry) deals. My areas of Focus are: Mississippi (Gulf Coast), Pensacola, FL, and New Orleans, LA.

Unfortunately a lot of deals that come across my desk do not meet my buy box and I'd like to be able to share them with other investors who are looking to grow their portfolio.
