Hi, I am trying to find someone in PA- NJ area that invests in tax deeds & liens. I can't find anyone on here. I'm a new investor and have learned about them. I would love to do a deal with someone nearby and potentially work work together. I'd be down to do deals and collaborate with out of state investors as well.
