@Wayne Brooks Exactly! I connected with a bunch of HML and they all want to get an appraisal done before they can fund me.

I looked at FB groups and there are a lot of PML's offering great interest rates and term, but I don't trust them if they are legit.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can. find a PML in case I don't have any known person who can fund this deal? How do I find legit Private Money lenders and stay away from scammers?

@Chris Seveney I am 80K short. I have funds to finance this deal but I want to use creative financing and use what I have to secure further deals.

Hi,

I won an auction for a property, however I am a little short on funds to cover the full payment to the county. Is there a way I can finance this deal? This is a tax delinquent sale and the ARV is almost double of what I've won it for. I need funding to help with the full deed transfer. What are the options I have for funds? Should I go for a private money lender? Hard money lenders usually need to get an appraisal done before they lend, which won't be possible in my case since I don't have the deed in my name yet.

Hello all, I am a new investor. I have been reading about RE investing since March this year and every time I read I learn something new. It's been 6 months since I have been learning and I'm too ready to take action. I went from learning about how to buy a basic residential house, to learning about BRRRR, to out of state investing, to creative financing and recently learnt about Tax liens and deeds. I am overwhelmed by the amount of opportunities out there and am struggling to take action on what could be the right move for me considering I only have a limited amount of money saved up.

I would love to connect with you all and get some help in breaking the ice and crack my first deal. Nobody in my family or friends has experience with RE investing and I want to do big things. Would love to meet all you like minded people!
