I usually say "click on the magnifying glass in the upper corner, this is literally asked monthly" about such common questions. But I have had a great experience over the last 10+ years with Brian Hartsell @ key properties with my dozen or so Vegas properties. These are all SFR. So if your properties aren't, I can guarantee your experience.
Ps. You can tell him I recommended them just so he knows I appreciate his service to me. But there’s no money in it for me and feel free not to tell him as well.
