Has anyone had any luck with finding a good property manager in Las Vegas? Please send all recommendations my way please. Thank you!

But I have had a great experience over the last 10+ years with Brian Hartsell @ key properties with my dozen or so Vegas properties. These are all SFR. So if your properties aren't, I can guarantee your experience.

Ps. You can tell him I recommended them just so he knows I appreciate his service to me. But there’s no money in it for me and feel free not to tell him as well.

I'll continue to do my due diligence and reach out to Brian with any questions. I normally would use the search tool, but when countless investors have had bad experiences (more than good ones), it's hard to weed out the good potentials and only made more sense to make a post about it. Thank you again!
