2.5% Interest Rate - Commercial Rescue Loans and Non-Performing Note Acquisition!
Are you looking to purchase or refinance a non-performing, or sub performing commercial note?
Are you in the middle of a commercial ground up construction deal and there are cost overruns and the lender isn’t financing the rest of the project?
Do you currently own a multifamily property, office, warehouse, mobile home park, or other commercial property, and need time to sell the property to prevent going into default with your lender?

Is your multifamily property currently occupied at 70% but you need time for the occupancy to reach 85% to be able to do a commercial perm loan?
If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions we have a solution! For the first time ever, you are now able to receive competitive rescue financing on multifamily, offices including medical offices, warehouses, retail, self-storage facilities, and other commercial properties with the lowest rate!
Here’s what this means for you:
- This is the only program that will pay off your current loan quickly.
- Commercial properties only.
- No credit score requirements.
- Interest rate is 2.5% fixed, and interest only to keep your payments low.
- Term is 3 to 6 months but can be extended up to 36 months.
- No tax returns, paystubs, W2’s, or 1099’s.
- Current closing timeframes are 1 to 3 weeks.
- We can close the loan in the name of an entity (LLC or Inc.)
- Stabilized or Not Stabilized property condition.
- Minimum loan amount is $500,000.
- Max loan amount is $10 Million.
- Seller financing is allowed on acquisitions, and can be structured as a 2nd lien on title, or a separate contract between you and the owner. Either is approved by the underwriters!
