I am getting back into real estate after a long hiatus and wanted to embark on a mentorship in the Birmingham area. Lending options are also something I would like to explore as well.

Not sure lending options, I can you long term DSCR loan options and if you are looking for Hard Money Lending, check Longhorn Investments
