Seeking Passive Investors for Value-Add RV Park in Texas Hill Country
My LLC is under contract for a 54-spot RV park in the Texas Hill Country. The seller financing fell through, so I'm looking to raise a chunk of funds in a short amount of time. This is a classic value-add and flip opportunity involving an owner who mismanaged the park and ran it into the ground since he bought it in 2021. This is a turn-key deal — the due diligence is done, the investor term sheets with business plan is prepared, I just need to raise the remaining funds in order to close (minimum $50,000 investment). The hold period is expected to be 3 years or less. I have a mountain of data and I'm happy to discuss the opportunity with serious investors!
