Hi All,

I'm looking for a Real Estate Lawyer in the GTA who is familiar with wholesaling. If you are one or know one, I would really appreciate the help.

Thanks.

@Dave Vogt

You can assign contracts under both legal systems in Canada (Québec and common law in RoC). Though we are not wholesalers, we use it all the time: We enter into an agreement of purchase and sale as our primary entity with the right to assign on close. This gives us the freedom to place a new acquisition into a specific holding company at the time of purchase.
