I'm looking for advice
Hello!
I live in the Columbus Ohio area and would love to get started buying 5-20 unit apartments, Class B to A, light to moderate renovation is ok.
Would like to find the following:
1. A mentor/partner in the multifamily/ apartment syndication space.
2. Help with underwriting them.
Appreciate any advice.
Happy to meet and grab a coffee to discuss further!
Take care,
Preston

I think the best way to get a mentor is to figure out what value you can add to them. I live in Columbus, Ohio and own buildings that meet this criteria. Happy to chat with you
