Any land lenders in Las Vegas NV that work with brokers?

Looking for a lender that can assist with cash out refinance for a client on vacant land that is ready for development in a very nice area of Las Vegas.  Needs to close quickly.  Please DM me if you work with brokers/can do this!  Any help/suggestions also appreciated! Looking for $4-5M.
