Looking for a management company to manage a 5-10 unit property located between Columbia & York, Pennsylvania. Fully rented with long term tenants (5-14 yrs).

Hi Angela. I have a small property management company, about 100 properties, mostly in Carlisle, Harrisburg and Middletown areas but we do manage one property with 2 apartments in York. Would be interested in taking a look at your property. Our standard fees are 10% of rent collected plus 10% leasing fee for a tenant we place. We split late fees 50/50 with the owner, and we don't charge any additional management fees.  We have a team of 7 full-time maintenance guys, use Rent Manager for accounting, do property inspections at least once a year at lease renewals, plus everything else typical of property management.  Would be happy to discuss with you more if you're interested.
