LLC Business Banking Account

Hi there, my brother and i own a few properties in Colorado which we have recently created LLCs for. Now we would like to open bank accounts for these and separate them from our personal finances. I would like to know if any one has suggestions for a bank to use and whether we should use one bank and create multiple accounts or use multiple banks (one for each house). Some factors i would like to consider include fees, minimum balances, account features, APY, online banking capabilities, customer service, and any specific perks for small businesses. Open to any other areas i should consider as well.
