Baltimore/D.C. Area Real Estate Meetup

@Kyle Deutschmann @Steven Silbertand I have been hosting the Central MD REI Meetup for the past two years (We've really enjoyed getting to know all of you, I've made some great friends at these events and thank's to everyone who has show up over the last two years) but this year we want to experiment with some potential changes this year. We've considered and will likely change venues, a couple of locations that are being considered are College Park, Columbia, Canton and Fells point. We've also tossed around the idea of at some events having either a round table discussion format with a little more structure or even bringing in some speakers. I'd love feedback and/or any other ideas/locations that you think would work best (If you know of anyone that has local establishments I'd love to connect with them and discuss use of their space).
