Hi there! My wife and I are in the finishing stages of our forever home build.  This property has been a great asset to us for the past 4 years, and I would prefer not to sell, but we may need funds for overages.  Details below:

List price: $330,000

2 - 2 bed/1 bath units ($975/Month)

1 -2 bed/1.5 bath unit ($1050/Month)

Total Gross Rent $3,000/month

The market is calling for a 2/1 range from $1000-$1200/month, even higher for the 2/1.5 which has a lot of space.  We just haven't raised rents due to having A class tenants.
