Looking for Virtual Wholesalers who can focus on the Connecticut Market targeting Hartford and Tolland counties. Ideally looking for single family that are 3 bedroom or commercial multifamily. Wholesaler should use standard formulas such as ARV * 0.70 - Rehab to determine price and not attempt to hide property addresses on first contact.
