ISO Tax Preparer in the Inland Empire or Eastern LA County

I am in search of a tax preparer for the first time in my life. Last year I purchased two out-of-state investment properties, and so for the first time I don't trust myself with Turbo Tax. I don't really want to pay for a CPA, but I am open to any recommendations. I am hoping that BP can steer me in the direction of someone that specializes in investment properties.
