I am in search of a tax preparer for the first time in my life. Last year I purchased two out-of-state investment properties, and so for the first time I don't trust myself with Turbo Tax. I don't really want to pay for a CPA, but I am open to any recommendations. I am hoping that BP can steer me in the direction of someone that specializes in investment properties. Thank you for your help in advance!

I am trying to cash-out refi a nonwarrantable condo in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. Paid cash in December not realizing it was nonwarrantable. Any recs will be greatly appreciated.
