20 unit deal & 100 + unit deal
Good Afternoon, My name is Winston Knight, my friends call me Nemo. I have 2 deals I am trying to raise funds for and connect with investors about. 1 is 100 units + and the other is 20 units. The 100+ unit deal comes in around 11 million purchase price. Trying to raise money for this deal which is in NC. The 20 unit comes to 3.6 mil and is in Florida. I am a 100% Service-Disabled Marine Corps Veteran. I spent 6 1/2 years as an active duty Marine. While a Marine and since, I have studied real estate vigorously by attending seminars, reading books, and following the likes of Rod Khleif, Steven D.
