Bridge lenders who won't make me pay off my HELOC to get some cash out
Does anyone know a bridge lender who will allow a HELOC to stay in place for the duration of a very short (like 60 day) loan and won't care about the CLTV? Looking to pull some cash out to pay off debt before refinancing into a longer term loan, but I would prefer not to get rid of my HELOC in the process. The first is leveraged at 61%.
