Any lenders having trouble funding residential buyers?

Hi to all my lender friends out there.   Please let me know if you have any residential clients that you are having trouble getting approval for.  In most cases, as long as the deal is a good deal, I will be able to fund them.  So reach out if you find yourself in this scenario.
