Hello to all. I am in desperate need of a good general contractor for a gut rehab in Southside Chicago. The property is a single family and I want to also turn the basement into living space. Hey there @Luke Afuwape - What neighborhood on the south side is your project?  We have a couple other projects that are currently on the southside...one in greater grand crossing and the other in Bronzesville.
