We decided to start out near our hometown in West Chester PA . These are the areas we are looking. We would love multi family deals, but if anyone has any 3-1 SFH BRRRR that they come across, let me know!!! 2-4 unit multi family places are good too. We want to stay out of Philadelphia though. Thanks for your help.
