Housing rights took a big hit with a new progressive housing law signed by Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott. The new law, called the "Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act" forces landlords to sell their home to their tenant if the tenant decides they want to buy it. During the 105th episode of The Ask James Wise Show, James Wise is discussing how un-American it is to have a law that forces a landlord to sell their house to their tenant.
