Looking for an insurance agent / company for a rental duplex in Nashville Tennessee

Hello everyone,

I'm in the process of purchasing a duplex in Nashville, Tennessee (investment property) and having hard time to find a decent and reasonable insurance. The house was built in 1920 which makes it harder to get a quote (at least so far).

Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.

All of my rentals are now with state farm. They are the cheapest, but also reluctant to insure certain properties.

Farmers is a great option as they are more willing to insure certain types of properties, but are a bit more expensive.
