The forums are a great place to read what others are saying and get great advice from folks that have lived it. We also have a new matching tool where you can answer a few questions and get a list of property managers in your area. https://www.biggerpockets.com/business/finder/property-manag... It never hurts to talk to a few folks to see who you want to work with. One investor I spoke to last week said that personality of his property manager was the most important thing after years of dealing with relationships.Something I hadn't considered when I was looking more about how they market to tenants, handle maintenance, etc. Here is also a great article about some questions you can ask them https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/questions-to-ask-a-proper... Good luck on your investing journey.
