Selling my 9-Unit Residential Multi-Family in West Virginia

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY:  Looking for a buyer on my 9-Unit multifamily residential in the town of Hundred, West Virginia.  This is a town 40 minutes west of Morgantown for reference.  I've put $80K into renovations into this building and I'd estimate you can make $4K monthly in rental income once you find renters and give the building a little more TLC.  A few of the units are currently occupied and earning rental income.
