Hey I'm an investor from California that owns a 9 unit multi-family apartment building in the town of Hundred in West Virginia.  I'm selling the building because there still needs to be work done and I cannot afford to put any more money down for renovations.  The units rent for about $600 each so we're talking a potential profit of $4000+ per month on this place when its rented out.  There were some minor code violations from the fire dept surrounding smoke alarms, heating, etc so that does need to be addressed.  I'm selling this for $70K because I need the money, but the building is really worth more than double that.  Give me a buzz at 917.482.8281 to discuss.

Currently selling my 9-Unit Multi-Family in the town of Hundred, West Virginia.  There is solid rental demand in this small town market, and several of the unit are rent-ready after some renovations have already been done.

I would still consider it a fixer-upper due to some building code issues that need to be addressed.  However, for the right investor you will absolutely see a steady flow of income.

Two 3BR Units, 4 2BR Units, 1 1BR unit, and 1 loft space that can be used for a store or office space.

Looking to sell for $70,000 or best offer - contact Mark @ 917.482.8281 to discuss

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY: Looking for a buyer on my 9-Unit multifamily residential in the town of Hundred, West Virginia. This is a town 40 minutes west of Morgantown for reference. I've put $80K into renovations into this building and I'd estimate you can make $4K monthly in rental income once you find renters and give the building some TLC. A few of the units were occupied as of this past month and earning rental income.  There were building code violations so we closed to make those renovations.
Priced to sell at $100K - My number is 917.482.8281 if you'd like to text or call.

He reached out to me today.  I heard him out (via email) but this was clearly a scam.

@Jay Hinrichs was 100% right.  Prudential and Financial Conduct Authorities are UK based firms that would have no authority over a Las Vegas lending firm.  It's laughable (but also really sad).
