Looking for a Direct Lender for Ground-Up SFR

Need a direct lender to fund a ground-up, non-owner-occupied rental property project. My client has strong FICO & liquidity, but the challenge is he is moveing from fix & flip to new construction—no prior ground-up experience. Please contact for additional information if interested.
