I’m working on a “subject to” purchase in California and I’m looking for a real estate attorney who can draft all the required documents for a clean and compliant close.

Specifically, I need help with:

• California-compliant Purchase & Sale Agreement tailored to a subject-to deal

• All necessary disclosures to protect both parties

• A subject-to addendum with language around existing financing
