Job Summary - 

We are seeking a Hawaii-licensed Broker to fulfill supervisory and compliance responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone seeking a low-commitment, contract-based position, as operational involvement is minimal and fully supported by our AI-driven platform and a dedicated operational team. Compensation is structured as a % of revenue and therefore has significant upside.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Hawaii real estate laws, rules, and regulations, including property management operations.
• Serve as the designated Principal Broker with the Hawaii Real Estate Commission.
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and complete records of all transactions for regulatory purposes, supported by our AI tools and administrative staff.
• Supervise and ensure compliance of trust account management in collaboration with automated accounting solutions and professional accountants.
• Provide guidance and support on compliance-related issues on an as-needed basis.
• Maintain a supervisory position without day-to-day operational involvement, as operations are managed by our tech platform and team.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Broker in Hawaii and eligible for designation by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission.
• In-depth understanding of Hawaii real estate compliance requirements, trust accounts, and property management laws.
• Prior experience in a similar property management supervisory role is preferred but not mandatory.
