Hi everyone! I'm Julia Lozano, co-owner of L&L Property Group, a woman-owned property management company based in Indianapolis.

After years in marketing and operations, I co-founded L&L with my business partner, Will Leonard, because we were frustrated with the status quo in property management—disconnected communication, reactive systems, and missed opportunities to serve both owners and tenants better. We're now managing 36 doors and growing intentionally.

We specialize in mid-sized multiunit residential properties (typically 2–50 units) and focus on building smart systems, clear communication, and strong relationships. Our goal is to create a PM company that owners trust and tenants genuinely appreciate.
