Selling 7 Property Portfolio - 100k off of market value! Milwaukee

Getting active on Bigger Pockets again. I'm selling my personal 7 property package that I have owned for many years and only selling due to another opportunity that came up. There are single family, duplexes and 1 tri-plex. All currrently rented and professionally managed so no  updates or rehab needed. Would prefer to sell as one package, but open to breaking up as I have some investors interested in specific properties. New roofs, siding, painting on some of the properties within last 5-7 years. What's the best way to get eyes on this package and put a deal together?

That’s a solid-looking portfolio — turnkey, fully rented, and professionally managed makes it super appealing for both local and out-of-state investors. Since you're already active on BiggerPockets again, I’d recommend listing it on the BP Marketplace, and also posting a brief deal teaser in the Local Forums for your market — those threads get a lot of targeted traffic.
