Hey everyone! I'm still fairly new to the investment game and soaking up as much knowledge as I can. I'm currently torn between starting my BRRRR journey out of state or trying to make it work here in my own backyard in Northern California.

I know CA can be a tough market, but I’m curious—how are investors currently doing here? Is anyone still finding beginner-friendly opportunities, or is it just getting too competitive and expensive to make the numbers work?
