  1. DSCR: We may use up to 125% of market rent if the lease agreement is higher. Must show 1st Months rent and Deposit.
  2. DSCR: No Seasoning on Cash Out Refis. Minimum $10k of rehab is required to be completed to use the full value.
  3. DSCR: Single-Wide Homes are eligible (cannot be in a rural area)
  4. DSCR: We allow up to 85 CLTV on Cash Outs. 1st Mortgage Only.
  5. DCSR: 1.00 DSCR minimum on 5-10 unit Multi Family
  6. DSCR: No Minimum FICO (50% LTV Max)
