Hi! I'm writing on behalf of Skeleton Key, a new startup. Skeleton Key is a one-stop shop to help buyers/sellers do seller finance transactions legally and efficiently. We provide all the guidance, documents, credit check and servicing.

Market is tough right now due to high interest rates and loan costs. Seller financing enables a seller to sell for more (and collect interest) and a buyer to get a lower monthly payment--all in the same deal.

We will provide data to help locate property owners who may be interesting in selling using seller finance. We're looking for brokers to contact such people, explain the benefits of seller financing, and get their houses listed. Paying a finder's fee for each seller finance deal you source and you keep 100% of the commission.
