I am a previous GC from Indiana. I have been toying with the idea of creating a construction consulting firm here as sort of a side hustle initially and to help investors locally and out of state. I am offering pre offer walkthroughs (rough quote/budget) as well as detailed budgets post acceptance so investors can have a closer idea of what to budget for when selecting and viewing contractors quotes.
