Any recommendations for a property manager for SFH in Manteca CA?

About to acquire a property in Manteca 4bd 3 bath.  This will be our first rental.  We live about 1.5 hrs from Manteca.  Looking for a quality property management company in the area that will properly screen tenants and handle any issues that would arise.  Any recommendations in the Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy area?
