Need A New Team Member

I have been in the business for almost 15yrs, mainly as a flipper but at the moment, I am just getting my Wholesaling business up and running. I have Inbound Leads coming in from around the US, all of whom are motivated sellers. I need someone that is honest, a good communicator, and willing to put in the time to comb through these leads and lock up contracts. This is a commission based, remote opportunity for anyone that genuinely wants to make some money in this business w/ out any overhead. I recently had a bad experience w/ a dishonest employee and its left me trying to scramble to catch back up. I have all the necessary software, etc. to be successful. Its really just a matter of not enough time on my hands. Experience in using CRM software is a requirement.
My company is ROAR-Real Estate Opportunities Aiding Rehabilitation. I fell in love w/ the business so its enjoyable work but I'm also in it to create enough passive income to reach FI as well as my Big Picture Vision of providing assistance to those who need a helping hand, from our underappreciated Veterans, Victims of both Domestic Violence, as well as our failed Justice System that are trying to turn their lives around. I want to create Win-Win solutions for our clients and leave each community better than it was before doing business there.
