I’m looking for recommendations for a reliable CPA in the greater Austin area. Ideally, I’d like someone with experience handling both personal taxes (w2) and real estate, who is approachable and can maintain a good communication.

You really don't need someone on the same location as you are.

Your tax accountant isn't like your plumber or electrician who needs to physically be "on site" with you.
