Developer - Looking to switch focus to MF and scale

Posted

Title says it all.

Currently Developers/ Builders in the SW US. Specialize in Single Family/ Multi Family Residential projects. The split is about 80% SF and 20% MF. Last few years of Gross Revenue and next years projected revenue with what is currently under construction are below. Most of our developments are between 15-30 homes or medium size townhome communities (50-80 units).

2023- $5m

2024- $11.7m

2025 - $5m

2026 (Proj.) - $20m

We are looking to make the switch to full time Multifamily but are looking for capital partners and lenders to scale. We are a licensed GC with over 70 years of experience between the management team of 3, so all of the work would be subbed out under our license.

Not looking for Debt Brokers to waste my time. Looking for experienced individuals with a track record of raising capital or experience underwriting construction loans of $20m+.
