Looking for investors—silent or active—to partner on my first deal and start building
Hi everyone !
My name is Tamar Duboff and I'm a licensed Realtor in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I got married in 2023 and have one little adorable baby boy. I want to build my portfolio and reach a point where my time is my own and I don't have to worry about every dollar. i want to spend time with family and friends. I want to build a lasting legacy for my family and show how far hard work can get you in life.
I have money saved up but not enough to buy all cash , and because of our income right now, (new agent , commission based) we aren't making enough to qualify for a loan. Also the interest rates usually kill a good deal. Every day, multiple times a day I'm checking databases and websites for good deals, it's just hard because alone I can't act on it. I am open to buying anything from a duplex to a 12 unit property. Im looking for someone with similar values and goals to partner up with and reach those goals together. One deal or many deals , either way just starting out is always the hardest, one deal is better than none. I love real estate and I will work hard at it to make it my own.
