Looking for wholesalers/deals in Brevard County, FL
We are looking to purchase a rehab property in the Brevard County, Florida area. We are primarily interested in Melbourne and Palm Bay but are willing to look at anything that makes sense.
This will be the first in this area so we are looking for something to purchase under $50,000 if possible. We have a contractor who can do any work necessary so extent of rehab is not an issue, budget is.
