Looking for a mentor in San Francisco or Bay Area, CA

Hi all,

I am new to real estate investing and I would like to get started with some hands on learning. I live in San Francisco and I am looking for a mentor or somebody who I could shadow in finding Multi-Family buy and hold deals, evaluating them, making an offer etc. I am happy to give in return my time and professional skills in whatever way needed or helpful.

Since the Bay Area is a very expensive place to buy, I would love some input on other areas in CA that are offering cash flow properties that are more affordable.

I would also be grateful for any input in creating a team.

Thank you,
Anja

Anja,

Keep me in mind as a buyer if you ever come across any projects, single family, or multifamily with value add opportunities. Highly interested in San Francisco. Welcome to BP and good luck in your endeavors!
