I'm looking for a good deal in the Cookeville, Tennessee area that I can buy/fix/flip. Any wholesalers in my area? Any newbies wanting to learn in my area? Take a look at my profile and you will see my experience. I have access to funds, just need a good deal. Most of my purchases over the last 10 years or so have been listed on the MLS. But I'm now wanting to branch out and find some other deals. I'm lbooking for bird-dogs, wholesalers, mentees, newbies, partners, etc. I am also a Realtor, so don't bring me anything on the MLS or any HUD deals, cause I've looked at them before you ever found them. I can help you with marketing in my area, but I don't have the time to do the marketing and to meet with the sellers. If you are a virtual wholesaler, that might work too. If you are in Nashville, Knoxville, Murfreesboro, or other nearby cities and don't mind driving to Cookeville, that might also work.
