Looking for investment properties on the Bay Area Peninsula

Hello
We are looking for investment properties (SF/MF) on the Bay Area Peninsula. Properties should fulfill the 1% rule or better, and the 50% rule. We are also interested in commercial properties (5+ units). 
Real estate agents (who sell properties on the peninsula), experienced in or better specialized in real estate investing, feel free to contact me.
