Looking for Private Money to Refinance Property in Lakeland FL
I am currently in the middle of trying to finish a refinance with a local bank. There is a possible survey issue so I may not move forward with the bank's offer. I have owned the property for two years and I am looking to obtain funds for my next rehab. If anyone would like to lend $50k at 5% on a house that is worth $72k. I have the appraisal and everything. The area is a great neighborhood and the tenant does not want to move since they have been there now going on two years. I have had steady income since April 2012 and the rent is $825/month.
