Hi guys, My name is Tim. I Currently have 15 units all without any mortgages. I am looking to do more fix and flips or rental holds. I have a hard money lender willing to lend me on the equity in my homes at 9% interest over 3 years. I was wondering if anyone knew anyone in Akron Ohio willing to lend at a lower interest rate or over a longer period. I own 4 SFH 1 duplex 1 9 unit all rented and 1 home I live in.
