Hello All,

I'm in Southern California and have a new project starting tomorrow in Corona, California. I'm searching for a few other private money lenders to partner with on this project in particular. I can take you tomorrow morning to the new project so you can walk it, meet our project manager to see if this something that you would consider lending on.

Oh I always buy flip insurance in the event something happens to the property, and you will go on title. If you can't make it tomorrow you could either see our Costa Mesa project or any of the others we currently have as well.

P.S. Please don't ask in a forum setting what we pay as this will be a one on one conversation to see what your needs are, and then we can tailor make anything that works for both parties.
