I have never seen anyone bold enough to state that homes for sale under $50k are in a B class neighborhood.   I would guarantee someone like @Jay Hinrichs would also question this but, I am not in Ohio so I am no market expert but I cant imagine that a $42k home there is any different then one in my market, or anyone else's market.
